Job Posting Rules

Last updated: March 1, 2026

All job postings on JobSeekMap must comply with the following rules. Violations may result in post removal and account suspension.

1. Accuracy

All job postings must be accurate and truthful. The job title, description, compensation, and location must reflect the actual position being offered.

2. Non-Discrimination

Job postings must comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws. Postings may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.

3. Compensation Transparency

We strongly encourage posting salary ranges. In jurisdictions where pay transparency is legally required, salary information must be included.

4. Legitimate Employment

All postings must be for legitimate employment opportunities. The following are prohibited:

  • Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme "opportunities"
  • Postings requiring applicants to pay fees
  • Postings for illegal activities
  • Fake or misleading job listings
  • Adult content or escort services

5. Contact Information

Each posting must include a valid contact email address associated with the employer. Personal email addresses posing as company addresses are discouraged.

6. Duration

Standard job postings are active for 30 days. Enterprise accounts may post unlimited listings during their subscription period. Expired postings are automatically archived.

7. Duplicate Postings

Posting the same job multiple times to increase visibility is prohibited. Duplicate listings will be removed.

8. Enforcement

JobSeekMap reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders, without refund.
