Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JobSeekMap ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job postings. Postings must be accurate, non-discriminatory, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any posting that violates these terms.

5. Applications

Job seekers apply to positions at their own risk. JobSeekMap does not guarantee employment or endorse any employer listed on the platform. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions of employers.

6. Payments

Job posting fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All payments are processed through Stripe. Enterprise subscriptions may be canceled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (b) scrape or harvest data from the Service without authorization; (c) use the Service to transmit spam or malware; (d) violate any applicable law or regulation.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobSeekMap, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBSEEKMAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
